Complex microprocessor control
Beside the manual control of particular pieces of equipment ARAJ storage facilities can be equipped with a microprocessor control system designed individually for each facility. A special algorithm developed on the basis of many years of our experience considerably improves grain drying and handling efficiency. We offer our Customers flexible solutions, tailored to their needs and affordability.
Drying and conditioning control
The microprocessor drying and conditioning control system watches over grain moisture and temperature, ensuring at the same time the full automatic control of grain handling means. Thanks to this the facility personnel may monitor the drying process and the temperature of stored material. In the case of anomaly detection, the system alerts the personnel and turns off the equipment.
Process visualization and data archiving
The central control system minimizes the involvement of human labour. The computer watches over the whole facility operation 24 hours a day, preventing losses resulting from human mistakes, and making optimal use of the facility. The software allows process visualization and full archiving and analysis of all facility parameters.
